Most people I know hate this band because they are posers. They might have been posing as a band but that doesn't make the band any less important. This is a single for the movie The Great Rock And Roll Swindle. Best part is right on the front it says "the swindle continues...this song isn't even in the film".

This is one of the most overlooked and underrated records of the early 2000s. The record labels name couldn't be more fitting for this release. If you don't own it you are really fucking up.

I saw this band last night with Cross Examination, they are nothing like them. This band reminds me of bands when punk split at the beginning. Like a more pissed off less poppy Squeeze or Wire. I could be way off here but that's just what it reminded me of.

The Mongoloids - Demo 7"

As far as I know their first show out of their area was in Columbus where I saw them with Razzle Dazzle and Cold World (among others) at Bernie's. I loved their demo. Didn't really get much into any of the other stuff though I own a lot of it.
